What happens if I receive an item and I do not wish to keep it?

You are welcome to send any item back that you are not satisfied with, as long as you get it back into the mail to us within 48 hours of it being delivered to you. You will be issued a store credit of the full purchase price of the item(s).

Note: shipping charges are always your own responsibility.

Returned items must be in brand new condition, with no signs of wear or issues, and you must send the item back to us tracked and insured for the full value, via UPS, Fedex or regular USPS postal mail.

You must email or call us to get pre-approval and a Return Authorization Number to return the goods back to us. The item(s) must be returned in the original box or packaging, and include a copy of your original invoice in order for us to be able to process your store credit.

Store credit can be applied to any Borrowed Bling jewelry item, online or in-person, and is not limited to only FLASH SALE items.  Store credit is good for up to one year from date of issue.
